Located on a wooded and landscaped plot of 1200 m2 with 2 terraces (one shaded), calm and wooded environment without vis-à-vis (access by private road serving 4 houses set back from the road) - 3 bedrooms + 1 on the mezzanine (1 160 cm bed 2 140 cm beds, 2 90 cm beds) - new kitchen (dishwasher - oven - induction hob - fridge etc ...); 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets; washing machine, lounge, game room, TV, WIFI, 2 garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, etc. Ocean 2 km, fishing on foot or by line, coastal coastal path, 1/2 h from Lorient Quimper. Weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday. Our friends pets are not allowed, no smoking inside
