Very nice room, good location and easy to get to. Good breakfast. There were a couple of incidents that were no fault of the staff or hotel, but the staff handled them in an exemplary manner. The staff were all very nice, friendly, and helpful.

My reservation was messed up i got a single bed when I requested a double. The pool area was cold they had the AC turned on. I didn’t mind the free breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The housekeepers were also helpful. The only issue was the one over night clerk who didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t ask for help and refused to use my reservation conversation number that was my biggest issue with staff.
