After letting the staff know about a major leak in my bathroom, the desk clerk neglected to offer us a different room. Additionally, the clerk would not allow us the courtesy of checking out an hour later than the usual time (11:00). After experiencing the problems we had,the desk clerk could have at least given us the courtesy of an extended check out (an hour). The desk clerk told Expedia the we had made a scheduling error when in actuality the discrepancy occurred between Expedia and the Hampton. After contacting Expedia, they confirmed their records reflected the correct check in date. Due to the above, I have changed my opinion of the hotel and would not recommend them to any of my associates.

I checked in on Friday. After being gone all day Saturday I came back to an unclean room. Checked with the staff and they said the rooms are cleaned every other day. Went out all day Sunday and came back to an unclean room. Checked with the staff and they said that the rooms are cleaned every third day. Went out all day Monday and came back to an unclean room. Checked with staff who at that point ran out of excuses. I had to ask for clean towels. Went out all day Tuesday and did finally come back to a clean room. The place is a dump. Hope I never have to stay there again.

Kwame the front desk manager took care of us! He made sure we were happy with our room. There was a faint septic odor in our room when we arrived that did not disappeared even after we turned up the air so he switched us to different room and we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was fantastic lots of fresh fruit.

Didn't like the layout of the hotel with the pool in the lobby and cramped breakfast area. My room was not what I paid for and requested. I didn't like my room directly across from the elevator. Traveling with a friend and was given a king size bed instead of two queens. Was unable to make changes because of using a third party to make the reservation.
