You will be across the street from two award winning restaurants and are in walking distance to parks, the river, coffee and boutique shops and more. This brand new home was carefully constructed to blend in easily with the historic neighborhood and features marble bathrooms, hardwood floors, vintage lights, granite countertops and a deck with firepit.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath and dedicated workspace. The back bedroom features two queen beds, a shared bath and deck access. Both rooms have blackout curtains and new pillow top mattresses. The open concept kitchen and living area has large windows and plenty of natural light. Hardwood floors throughout.

We enjoyed our two-night stay in Churchill. The house was very nice — just as it appeared in the photos. The location is great for exploring historical sites (Civil War museum at Tredegar, White House of the Confederacy, state capital, old city hall, etc.) Quiet neighborhood with great choice of eateries close by. We had fabulous meals at Alewife, The Roosevelt and Subrosa. Hope to stay there the next time we’re in Richmond.

I am shy about sharing my experience at this beautiful Churchill home with the VRBO community because it was pretty amazing. I am fearful for the future availability. The first stop was the neighbor. The home is positioned next to great restaurants, a neighborhood coffee shop and a wine bar. Along with being positioned next to the river walk, there is also a park, historical sites and the Real Pie Company, which was dangerous for me! The historical home was beautifully decorated, the beds very comfortable and included newly remodeled bathrooms. And clean! We were also welcomed with a delicious snack. Coffee and tea were also included. The owners were very communicative. I cannot wait to return to Richmond once again just to stay at this beautiful home.
