Nothing about this location is nice....if the hotel wasn't newly built this would be a dump...they say they only clean the rooms every 2 weeks but even after the 2nd week im still havent difficulties getting the room cleaned...Also, you can never find anyone at the front desk and when you call its to no avail...this has to be the worst experience ever...and i travel for work all the time

We stayed in this hotel and never received our card keys due the system was bot working...you can hear the other guess in the others rooms kinda poor privacy. Terrible dont have access to go put just because you have to wait for the staff to help you to come in to our room..

The room was clean but spartan in furnishings, there were no hangers & no hair dryer. Evidently this place was built with no thought of the guests other than to make money off of them!! It was very noisy well into the night. The walls were paper thin as loud talking & music could be heard until around 3 AM. There was also a loud thumping sound from the room above which sounded like people jumping up & down on the floor! There was no one at the front desk at 11:00 PM. The doors from the lobby to the check-in area & also the doors going outside were not locked. Anyone could have gained access to the rooms. Whereas upon checking in, a room key card had to be used to gain access to the lobby. Will never stay here again although did have reservation at same property in May. The May reservation was canceled but Expedia refused to refund!!

This hotel is one of the nastiest I have ever been in. Let's start with the receptionist never being at the front. I wanted to check in at 5 p.m., but because there was no staff, I didn't get a room until 5:30 p.m. The same thing happened when I checked out at 10:50 a.m., but I couldn't turn in my keys until 11:15 a.m. because, once again, no one was there. The hotel room, at a glance, is presentable and cute. However, walking into the room and there is dirt on the sheets, someone's press on nail in the dresser, a dirty scrunched up towel under the bed, and two pills on the shelf, yes, I have pictures of everything. The shower stalls have grime and mold growing in the corners, the sink was left dirty, and your shoes stick to the floor because whatever cleaner they use is just horrible. Echo Suites is more like Ghetto Suites, plan to wait in the lobby for a keycard, and bring your own cleaning supplies.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby

I appreciate the atmosphere and its location; the comfort of the air conditioner I didn’t like the fact: 1) that there was no toilet cover; we had to bring one of the chairs in the bathroom to sit and oil myself; 2) that there was no floor mat for tub or after you step out of shower/tub; 3) that the soap holder is on the wall behind you; and 4) no hand towel.
