Elevator wasn't working. I had to walk up to the 4th floor with my cooler, drinks and luggage. Stairways were dirty and only one security camera on the 1st floor.

The elevator was not working and I was initially told the only available room was on the 4th floor for me and my dog. That was not going to work. I thought about other options and she finally found another room on the 2nd floor which I accepted. Room was fine although I could hear people in other rooms around and above me late into the night

No kitchen utensils

I was disappointed that there were no kitchen utensils available at all. I had never been to a hotel that had a full kitchen but nothing all all in the cupboards. I learned that utensils could be rented but they didn’t have any available. It felt misleading.

Don’t bother

For a hotel that was 5 months “new” at the time of my stay, it was already terribly unclean. While the multiple dust bunnies and dried drip of toothpaste could be photographed, there’s no way to snap pics of the sticky floors and tiny hairs on the bed top sheet. This place is an adult hostel, at best. Shame on you, Wyndham.

This place has some issues

They were having major issues last night. First they had to check to make sure rooms were actually cleaned so their was a delay in check in. Second they checked me into a room and 15 minutes later as I was walking out of the shower someone opened my room door with a key. Luckily I had the safety lock on. 10 minutes later he opened the door again. He asked me if I had booked that room smh - kind of a dumb question but I told him yes through the door. My shower was short anyway because there was no hot water at all. Later when I was leaving I realized I had forgot my phone in the room and my keycard no longer worked. I went to the front desk to tell them all that had happened and they were stumped - told me the keycard probably was wiped when next to my phone. I told them it was wiped because they made keycards for someone else smh I checked into the hotel because I had to go to a clients home close by ( I'm an overnight doula) So I had only a couple hours to take a nap and shower and I wasn't able to do either. I would've come back after my shift at 6 am for a few hours of sleep to rest but I felt uncomfortable and unable to return. I've stayed at this hotel before with no issues but I don't think I'll stay again. I paid $145 for nothing. I got no shower and I got no rest- just some random stranger nearly seeking me naked.
