The guy at the front desk was nice and accommodating. Overall the hotel seems a little rundown and neglected. Our room didn’t have toilet paper so we had to go ask the front desk at midnight. We were here for only about 8 hours overnight but it was cheap and got the job done.

There are people fighting on the 5th floor.Remote doesn’t work and there wasn’t one in the room upon arrival. Very dirty room. Phone doesn’t work had to call on cellphone to get someone for the fight.

Checked into room 505 and found only half of the lights in the room worked. TV did not work, there was no room phone, there was no toilet paper and maintenance was out of it for entire hotel,(“an order had been placed but didn’t come in”) Changed rooms! Second room was clean, everything worked and there was one full roll of toilet paper. Cable goes out if it rains. Had to sign onto internet daily. The entire place needs to be updated. Elevators were dirty, carpets are stained and garbage outside of door of one room was on the floor for three days. Housekeeping comes in at the end of your stay unless you ask for it. Towels were rough and thin. Breakfast was ok and those who worked that area were excellent. Folks at the front desk were helpful and did the best that they could with what they had. Next time we go to the area the Comfort Suites will not be on the top of our list as a place to stay.

Dirty disgusting and smoke smelling

Disgusting dirty hotel. The hallways, elevators all dirty and smelled horrible. The room was horribly dirty and reeked of smoke. The tile floor was sticky and dirty, broken furniture, broken curtains, dead stink bugs. Asked for a change of room but was told none were available. I was offered a can of “Smoke smell remover”, basically a fogger you set off in the room to try and make it tolerable. It worked a little but it was still miserable smelling. Ended up not staying the night and leaving before midnight.

I visited Comfort Inn 5/3/25 to 5/4/25. We had to be moved to another room around 2:30am because the toilet overflowed. The attendant couldn't find a plugged. Prior to that I asked for some toilet paper. My bathroom didn't have any. The attendant searched high and low for some. He had to go to an empty room to get me some. The breakfast (Sausage and eggs) were burnt. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend for me and my daughter that turned into a disaster.

This property is in terrible disrepair! Our room #201, at first glance looked ok, but when we closed the drapes they fell off the brackets and had HOLES in them! Pull out sofa had questionable looking sheets, NO PILLOWS OR BLANKET available. Towels were cheap and the tub had hole in it and looked disgusting. Toilet rocked, wallpaper peeling off above shower, slow drain in tub and floor looked dirty. Also no tp available. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Housekeeping questionable but maintenance terrible. We were very uncomfortable

Somewhat disappointed!

Room rate was satisfactory! The door was misaligned so you had to push or slam to close. The toilet leaked somewhat which meant you needed to put a mat down. The bathroom faucet wasn’t stable. The door handle to the closet came off. It needed someone to tighten the screw down. We had no toilet paper for one night. We were given tissues to use. I was told by front desk and housekeepers that there was no toilet paper to be had.

Hotel had no toilet paper. I mean the WHOLE hotel. This was confirmed by housekeeping staff as well as front desk. I had to use napkins and paper towels from my car. Entryway light in my room was blown. Toilet was wiggling I thought for sure it was going to fall over while I was pooping.

Overall it wasn’t terrible. In our room the entryway light was blown. The whole establishment was out of toilet paper. I had to use tissues. Not terrible but annoying. The breakfast was ok. There wasn’t a toaster to toast a bagel. The eggs were bland. The new staff member that worked from 3pm until 11pm was fantastic. He was very helpful.
