The room size is very nice, spacious and comfortable. It was very convenient to our destination, Henrico Sports & Events Center. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. The eating area could have been a little more clean, tables weren’t wiped down between uses. Our room also had an empty drink bottle and bag of chips under the pull out couch. There were a lot of empty sunflower seeds around the room as well.

We needed pillows and blankets for the pull out couch and we were told there were none. We had kids who needed to use the pullout. Would appreciate a credit of some sort.

The breakfast was ok and the room was somewhat clean. There was a left over chicken nugget in the couch from a previous person who stayed there. The box spring was very squeaky when I turned to get comfortable and the bed was not that comfortable. The shower was nice and hot but the shower had mold on the floor and the plastic shower floor was damaged and dirty looking. I showered with my flops on. The ceiling had small holes and the paint was chipped around the shower head. I wouldn’t stay there again.

It's dirty, and most important, they THIEVES!! I left my $300 pillow in the room. When I went back to get it, they were washing it to keep it!!!! They didn't put it in the "lost and found" thing. At first, they told me they didn't have it, but then it was in the washer machine. DO NOT STAY IN THIS MOTEL! IT'S NOT A HOTEL.

Finally a good hotel

I'm very hard to impress well on this one I HAD NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE ENTIRE HOTEL WAS CLEAN from THE FRONT TO THE BACK DOOR BREAKFAST WAS HOT AND WELL STOCKED WITH HIT FOODS AS WELL A CONTINENTAL FELLOW TRAVELERS THIS ONE IS GREAT I WILL BE RETURNING AS AOON AS I CAN POOL HOT TUB ALL GOOD SEE YA soon Mr Mike

I lived that our room was close to the elevator. The remodeling made things difficult because we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, but I’m sure it will be great when it’s finished.
