Staff was extremely nice. I was on 3rd floor and when getting off elevator it immediately smelled like rotten food, I mentioned to a staff person the response was "oh it always smells" Luckily once I made it to my room it was clean, and I couldn't smell the trash, minus the hair in the shower I was fine

Evening staff not so welcoming, some of the rooms doors need to be fixed or replaced due to shutting the door it should not come back open by a push especially when your not using your room key.

We arrived in our room later in the evening to find the toilet seat was almost completely disconnected from the toilet, the toilet paper holder falling off cabinet, mildew in several areas in shower and to top it off, someone has poured a clear chemical gel on the dish shelf and placed drinking glasses rim down in the gel. This was not notice until taking a drink from the glass. All of these issues should have been identified and corrected by housekeeping. Clearly a mismanaged property.
