We were to stay one night, we needed up leaving and just going home. There was so much dust and crumbs and used tissues on the floor, grease stains on the bedding, mysterious spots on the couch and hairs in the bathtub

When I stayed a few years back there was a nice breakfast provided on the 2 floor, now there was nothing. Also the bar closes at 9 on friday and Saturday nights? For the prices this is very disappointing. I won't be back.

The staff was nice, room was clean with plenty of towels. We especially enjoyed the covered but outdoor pool and hot tub. We did not have time to enjoy the outdoor fireplace by the pool but it looked very inviting.

Got here and staff ignored us, room was then still not ready to check in at 4pm and we had arrived and first made contact at 1.30pm, then sat in the lobby and watched 20+ rooms be checked in no issue.

Room was amazing. Balcony was amazing as well. Staff was great too. Only complaint is for the amount of money i spent, it should be mu h quiter. You hear everything!!! Even neighbors conversations. Only downfall for us. We probably wont return for rhat alone. Not fun aitting in your jacuzzi and can hear other ppl.

Although the lodge is clean and the location beautiful we had an absolutely terrible experience. The room above us seemed to be having some type of extracurricular activity. Jumping around, moving furniture, loud TV/ Games, throwing things off the deck onto others below, not just once but over and over and all night long. We did report this to the front desk, but the commotion continued throughout the night. We got the worst rest we could have gotten. When we checked out we mentioned this to them and the staff indicated they had received multiple complaints and they had asked them to stop, but the people didn't. Is there not a hotel policy for this behavior? These people should have been escorted off the property, after multiple contacts asking them to stop, so other guests could rest. Instead we left the following morning exhausted and very likely should not have been out on the road driving. I emailed the lodge manager regarding this, and received no reply in return.
