In town for a wedding. It was exactly what we expected. There were no issues. Room was clean and located close to everything we needed. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Room was fine, clean and recently remodeled; i had no issues with the room. Location is right off the freeway and centrally located in the tri cities. i was here for one night for work. i found the room here on expedia and got a great rate. Now the big problem: it is not safe. Rooms were rented out to some sketchy people. people hanging out on the balcony all night talking loud, smoking everwhere. two guys got in a fight right outside my room at 4a.m. if they had guns and fired bullets, I could have been hit in my room. i did not sleep at all. i couldnt wait for the sun to come up so i could leave. im a middle aged man and former athlete. im a fairly big guy and i was nervous. if i had my family with me i would have lost my mind. These were people staying at the motel, i heard doors to the rooms opening and closing, noise from other rooms. partying and loud talking. just an awful experience. Whew! i survived but never again will set foot on the property. 6/25/2025

Property is located in a strip mall parking lot, near noisy roads and all night activity. Loud visitors at 3am, owners not controlling barking dog. Otherwise, basic and clean accommodations.

Good online presence. 15 minutes from everything. We came for the pool also and that was out of commission. Clean enough rooms and buildings for a two star hospitality in the tri-cities of WA. Customer service: two stars.

Nice clean room. Quiet. However, didn't care for the small, standup shower. The one BAD thing though was the water pressure for the shower. NOTHING irritates me more than poor water pressure. It was almost so low that I could not cover myself with enough water fast enough to keep from getting chilled. Also, the water was very slow to warm up.

Room was fine. Everything outside, not so good. People hanging around very loud, not sure if they were workers there or staying. Neighbor below had tv on high all night long. People hanging outside in grass area, not sure workers or staying, but one guy right in front of us as we were in our car peed in the bushes.
