We checked in and the first room had an outlet that was loose and flickering, unsafe. The second room had drywall cracks in the bathroom, and the bathroom fan was not always working. There were structural cracks in the ceilings of the hallways

Over priced on charge for dog, average in New York is $15.00 they charge $25.00 will not stay there again because of that high rate.

Our stay was good--clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms could use an update, but everything worked. We wanted a safe, clean room just for the night, and this hotel fit our needs well. The front desk employees were friendly and efficient. I would stay there again.

Reservation screwed up!

I had a reservation for 2 rooms. when I went to check in they only had a reservation for 1 room. The hotel was full and no other rooms were available. I had to scramble to find another hotel that could accommodate us. Very frustrating. So, who messed up? Hotels.com or Quality Inn ?
