Was disappointed with the condition of the hotel. Chipped, flaky paint on the walls, dirty elevators. Leaking ice machines, noted water damage to the wall. Weird, not pleasant smell once you walk in and through the hotel and in the room too. Breakfast was poor. You get what you pay for.

Rooms were out dated and had a funky smell. Hotel was supposed to be pet friendly but there was no area big enough for my pet to do her business. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Very little to choose from at the time we arrived.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It was very clean, the staff were nice and friendly, plus it was super close to Hershey and Hershey Comic Con. The bed was very comfortable and the couch was firm, but not in a bad way. The only thing about the hotel that was less than desired was the bathtub. It drained very slowly. Other than that, I loved staying here and would highly recommend this place.

Needs Help Distgusting

The first room I was offered had a cat urine smell, so i had I reuqested to have my room changed noly to have the attendent that checked me in seem to be feeling some type of way . The second room only 3 wash cloths with 1 of them being draped over the bathroom door , the lamp had a car fresher on it I suppose to help make the room smell good, there was an ant problem but I hadn't realized it until the evening before us checking out but were crawling on the bed the morning I was trying to get out there .

Health hazards and safety concerns!!

Absolute worst hotel conditions I've ever experienced. !!!! Health and safety concerns everywhere !!!! Hazardous **mold** found in multiple places including the lamp shades in the room, the ceiling above the breakfast area, the ice machine and toilets. Inside door lock to the room was not repaired properly. Dust and lint build up on surfaces on the rooms, in the hallways and the laundry. Filth on the doorways, walls and surfaces of appliances. Emergency exits were locked from the inside! Animal feces (in bags at least) piled up under a tree just outside the hotel. After a long day of traveling and arriving after 11pm it was very disheartening and was not acceptable. We checked out the very next morning even though we we're booked for two nights. Check in staff was rude and not welcoming. They did not care to hear our concerns nor give us a refund. 😡

The hotel is run down and there was a major water leak when we got there. Tub was cracked and the hotel smelled musty. Worst part is that they offer free buffet style breakfast but for two of our 3 day stay they had nothing but cereal and whole milk. Employees can’t speak English well and couldn’t understand what I was asking when we needed extra towels. Overall not worth the stay!

Upon arrival, staff was rude…nothing like our previous night’s stay at the Wyndham in Virginia that we had just stayed at. Hotel clerk demanded we give our credit card to pay some kind of a fee to check in that would be refunded on checkout. I’ve never had to do this at any hotel I’ve stayed at. Thankfully the room was clean. The pool, one of the 2 elevators and ice machine were down. Breakfast left a lot to be desired as there was a choice of clearly rotten apples to eat, only regular coffee and orange juice to drink, half frozen sausage and egg patties and only 1 waffle maker which caused a backup which then created problems because staff shut down breakfast even though people were still trying to make the only edible thing available-a waffle. Staff also couldn’t tell a person what the ingredients were in the waffle mix-he had some food allergies and just needed to make sure he could eat it. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough and chose to grab breakfast on the road instead.
