Great stay in Ribeirao Preto

The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff was very friendly. If you stay at the budget side - it is just that - it will be a smaller room - but it was everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast was very good and it has a great location next to Shopping Iguatemi which has very good restaurants and any type of store you need.

Hotel moderno, limpo e confortável, funcionários prestativos. Problema foi as camas do quarto, reservei opção de 1 cama casal e 1 solteiro, mas o quarto era 1 casal e 1 poltrona que eles chamam de cama de apoio. Reclamei e me trocaram de quarto 3x e sempre a mesma coisa, ate eles me explicarem a questão da tal "cama de apoio".

Atendimento bom, limpeza muito boa mas quarto sem conforto, banheiro e quarto sem bancadas nem armário, deixei minhas coisas no chao. E sobre o café, na hora do check in que soubemos que nao estava incluso na estadia e o valor seria de 44, 00 por pessoa se quiséssemos tomar cafe da manhã.
