Not a “resort”. It was an average hotel. Rooms were clean and bedding was very comfortable. The outdoor amenities were a mess. Grass was not kept up. Pool area was a far walk and no umbrellas / bar / music. Hot tub was broken. Over priced for this hotel. I give it a 4/10

Amazing resort and well priced. A little bit out of the main area but the drive to town had such beautiful views it wasn’t even bad. Definitely would stay again.

The location is challenging to get to but the property with the 2 pools overlooking the water is worth the drive. Some updating is required especially in the hallways to the rooms. Rooms are updated and beautiful. We needed a light replaced and a slow water faucet to be fixed. The reception is very helpful and accommodating. Very knowledgeable about the island. Breakfast is a buffet and not worth it if you are expecting a North American standard.

Our stay here was wonderful.. staff was very friendly and helpful seeing this was our first time here and didn’t really speak the language too well. It is in a very remote area so not having a car is extremely tough as taxis and busses are aren’t available near by .. walking could be challenging with the hills but overall I’d definitely recommend staying here. It was very peaceful

We are disappointed with our stay. We rented a duplex with partial seaview. Upon our arrival, air con & phone did not work. Balcony sliding door cannot lock, the locker/safe was broken. Ventilation throughout the building is poor. We can smell breakfast bacon in the elevator and our 3rd floor hallway, even after lunch time. We found a cockroach on the first night. We did however, receive excellent service from Maria (front desk staff). She worked very hard to try & fix all the problems. Without Maria's help, we will not be able to complete our 4 nights stay at ANC. We cannot thank her enough. She is an asset to ANC.

I stayed for one night only (not because the property was bad, just my schedule). You have to have a car to get here, like anywhere on the island. It's a VERY steep walk down to the public "beach" which is nothing but tide pools on a very rocky tideline - not worth it, there are much nicer beaches on the other side of the island. Also need a car to get to the town center. At least there is breakfast and a restaurant onsite at the hotel. The room was very nice, with AC, a kitchenette (but limited dishware), and a big bathroom. The welcome during check-in was too much - the young woman spent at least 15 mins telling the guests checking in before me all about everything about the hotel. They were clearly tired and just wanted their room. I was the same, so I cut her short since I'd heard her spiel already. The hotel should put this info in a book in the room and not waste our time at check-in. Overall average value for the cost, but I'd recommend the northern side of the island.

Very well maintained property consisting of the main building and detached and semi-detached homes. They have a swimming pool, a tennis court and are located in a quiet scenic area, very close to a small but beautiful beach. All rooms have fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes. It was my second time at ANC Experience and I'd definitely stay again.

Agreat place for the $$

This is a cute boutique hotel nested in the very center of the city. Easy access to everything including free parking. One thing i would ask management to investigate is a tiny humming noise outside the room where i stayed, it kept me awake part of the night.
