This duplex house is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac and is therefore not suitable for gatherings, parties or soirées, which are strictly forbidden. Peace and quiet must be respected. It can accommodate up to 12 people.

Spread over 2 levels (R+1 and R+2).

- Open-plan fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
- Large living room with dining table for 12, sofa, coffee table, TV, garden access

4 large bedrooms:

1 bedroom on ground floor (R+1) with private bathroom and 160x200 bed
On the ground floor (R+2), 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a cot
