It was a great holiday. There was something for everyone. The app provided also made finding info and booking real easy. The caravan was super nice. The locals were also all very kind and hospitable. Will definitely be coming again.

The double matress was in a terrible condition it needs replacing. The bathroom toilet seat desperately needs replacing.
The caravan was well cleaned.
The site was spotless.
Easy check in.
We would have liked a shop and a cafe onsite.
The sofa was filthy amd the beds you can feel the springs so hadto put the spare covers on it. The rocks were being moved round on the beech from about from 4 iin the morning so caravas shaking quite badly,
So only stayed the 2 nights out of the 3.
Didn’t start great with check in-was told on the phone that someone would be in guest services and if not night security would help. Both locked up when we arrived 10 minutes later. Sign on door said to go to the Sandpiper-also locked up! Could only speak to someone via the car park entry barrier intercom! Was given the timetable for children’s evening entertainment-turned up for it and also locked! Checked with guest services the next day and was told they had changed the timetable. When we did finally manage to get to the children’s entertainment the actual entertaining part only lasted 9 minutes!! Caravan was nice but definitely wouldn’t class it as ‘luxury’.

Comfortable, but take a torch !!
A comfortable stay, as i was there on my own for business.
But please be aware the double bed is really squeezed into the room, there is no space to get in from the side which can be awkward. Anyone with mobility issues would struggle.
There are no bed side lights so at night its the main light which you have to get out of bed to switch off and then climb in from the bottom of the bed in the dark.
The bed is very low.
The room.was very very warm and only a couple of the windows opened for fresh air.
The property was spotlessly clean and in great condition. Beds were very comfortable and overall it was very cosy with easy access to the beach.
The indoor swimming pool was a great hit with our kid and there was lots to do nearby. The kitchen was fitted with all necessary appliances and utensils, but there was no chopping board which was a bit of a challenge while cooking.
Also no bath towels are provided, those would be a nice addition. The TV was in good working condition too. Lack of free WiFi considering poor mobile service in the area is the reason for one star less.
Size wise the caravan was great for the 5 of us. The condition of the van poor, from a cracked toilet seat, cracked glasses, curtain rail hanging off, dented fridge, chipped worktop & stained seating and carpet.
Staff of reception not friendly or helpful.
It was only when a complaint was made via the app did someone telephone to arrange for a new toilet seat this was done within 30mins so great time response and the staff member that came was friendly and efficient.
Whilst we were there there was a power failure on site, this was handled poorly - these things happen so a short text to all affected would have been great instead there was no notification so lots of people obviously went to reception to notify them. We were met with yes we know it’s being dealt with - no apologies- not great customer service.
Had a lovely time here, accommodation was perfect, all facilities were available. Indoor swimming pool was family friendly, enjoyed our time here with lovely walks to the beach, very safe place, thank you.
