Disliked: Cleanliness
The gas was not working! We spent the night freezing cold with hardly any sleep. A neighbouring caravan told us that someone had been to the caravan before we arrived and failed to fix the Heating. We went to reception and asked for someone to fix it and they said no one was available. We decided to leave and go home. Our weekend break was completely ruined. I have asked the host for a full refund and hopefully he will not make a fuss if he does. I shall notify my credit card Company for a reimbursement or perhaps take the matter to the small claims court

I liked the eara scurry, but i didn't like the communication and service more than one hour i walked i couldn't find my carvan.

We picked a very cold night - the caravan didn't heat up at all. Owners where great with communication & caravan was clean (except one moldy curtain in living area & no light in main bedroom. However we did pick a night that was out of season & the temperature was in the minus 4 Mark.
