This charming and rare new construction home on Mt. Hood features a paved driveway, 1 car garage, inviting front porch, tall windows, and an open floor plan that is light and bright. Enjoy the sparkling new kitchen with all new appliances and high end cookware to cook a great meal. The open main living and dining area has 9' ceilings, a propane fireplace, and a custom wood mantle with plush leather couch and electronic recliners. The master bedroom has lots of tall windows, a large 2-sink bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with shower/bath with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin bunk beds to sleep 4. All beds have luxury linens, pillows and comforters on new memory foam mattresses for an excellent night's sleep.
Home built in 2023, all amenities are new and luxury for your stay. Cookware is high end. The home has never had pets. Perfect for those with allergies!
Enjoy the 6-person hot tub beneath the stars and among the trees of Mt. Hood.
The home is just minutes from hiking trails, biking, all the Mt. Hood ski resorts, sledding, the Sandy River, and all the outdoors has to offer in the Mt. Hood National Forest.

Only bummer was there was no propane in the firepit, but by the time we noticed it was too late to bother the owners. Everything else was great. The place was clean and cozy and we definitely enjoyed the hot tub.

We arrived early and our Host helped us get in right away

This was a great little spot - nice to have the garage to unload boots and gear before getting in the house. We arrived at the house about 2 hours before check in but were hoping to even just park one car there before going up the mountain. Anna responded so fast to our request that we were able to get in early without any trouble. Thanks for a great stay

Great stay

Overall, it was a really great stay, very clean and fully stock house. Everything you would need to cook a meal. The outside was a hit for our family as we had a nice bbq and were able to enjoy it outside. The house is by a main road so something to keep in mind when booking.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home! Clean and a great place for a few friends to stay. The only downside was there were no blinds on any of the windows for privacy. Hot tub was nice and hot and clean. Communication with the owner was quick, friendly and helpful. Accommodated our needs as we needed as well for a late check out.
