Epic views, friendly staff. All the different saunas were nice and the indoor pool was 90f which was wonderful. I had panorama view room on the 8th floor facing the mountain range, it was such a great view we didn't want to leave the room and got room service.

The automated 24 hr check in is a nice idea but seems not to work well in practice. We checked in after midnight so it didn’t recognise our booking as it thought we were booking too early for a booking the following day. You’d think a check in system could differentiate, but no.
