Hotel was nice, saunas n pools lovely. Not a whole lot to do or get to in walking distance so make sure you have a car. Seemed more like a stop over spot for guest on planned golden circle trips or conventions Beds so need to be replaced.

Loved the hotel spa that was the highlight of this stay (remember they are closed Sundays and require an appointment booking for a 1 hour time slot). The rooms had double beds and slept 4 comfortably, the washrooms were clean but a bit dated, I recommend showering downstairs in the hotel spa change rooms - very modern and clean! Parking was across the street and had multiple spots, loved the breakfast option since there isn’t a ton around! Would stay again!

Hotel was ok, but not very suitable for families - no kids club or playground or any kind of activity for kids. My boy was very upset when we went to the spa Center and he was not allowed to enter, so whole family wasn’t able to use it! Shame for a 4* hotel in this price category

The property was very clean and well maintained. Hallways had very dim lighting which was a bit odd. Our booking includes spa access but never used it as it was closed on Sunday and reduced hours on Monday. Perhaps check this before booking with spa included.

Great room for 5. Staff was helpful and there are decent food options nearby with good breakfast at hotel. A little far from downtown. I think AC was mentioned when i booked but definitely no AC. Windows open for ventilation.

Property says they have air conditioning and they have a vent just no control over the fan or the temperature. The window barely opens so it doesn’t allow you to cool off the room and the room winds up being 85° when you sleep. When you wake up, maybe it cooled down to 70.

One of the stiffest most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, combined with very few pillows (also very thin pillows), made for a really rough night. Room was also very warm, and we couldn’t cool it down much by opening the window. They did give us a fan upon request, but it barely helped.

Staff is friendly. Lobby and bar are pretty. Breakfast is overpriced and mediocre. Room is very warm and no fans or air circulation.
