This place is 11 on our scalemof 1 to 10. To be greeted with a Puppy Patio, staff who are keenly interested on our family, including the pups, and the opportunity of meeting other puppy friendly folks is amazing. The facility is newly renovated and shows care and attention to detail. Absolutely love everything about it. Enough so we will likely break away for getawatly weekends with the pups just because we can and they are awesome!

The room was decent but a bit small however the washroom was quite large. If you are staying on the side facing the highway it can be noisy with traffic and train noise. I guess they recognize this and they provided earplugs in the room. The staff was very nice and helpful. I like how you can do most things through the app.

Adequate and clean room. Restaurant was good and staff there were friendly. Hotel is right next to the train track so you can hear the train passing by a few times per hour. They do provide ear plugs, but if you are a light sleeper, you may want to seek an alternative. Otherwise, a charming place.

The light thing on the roof blinking I did not like. Was hard to go to sleep. Code didt work apon arrival was frustrating. But hot tub was nice and room was clean. And nicely renovated. Shower was the best! And Loved the soap and shampoo smelled sooo good
