Summer Home of Skaleta beach

"Pleiadon Topos" is a lovely, cozy home consisted of three levels located at Skaleta region where you get access to the lovely beaches of the area but also can use as a starting point for visiting many unique Cretan locations.

House offer a large outdoor lawn paved fenced private area with playground and barbecue facilities. Internet, washer, and parking available. Close to supermarkets and various sandy beaches! Sleeps 5 people in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed.
The space
In our home, up to 5 people can sleep comfortably. There are three floors each one offering different amenities and comforts. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, dining and living room.

On the top floor, there is the beautiful master bedroom and a large 20sqm balcony where you can enjoy quality moments gazing the beautiful sunsets. On the lower floor, there is the second bedroom and easy access to the private fenced lawn paved area, properly equipped with many outdoor facilities, furniture, barbecue, playground for kids.

Garden offers a lawn paved private fenced area with barbecue facilities, outdoor sitting areas and furniture and plenty of spots to enjoy your time with your family.

We are located in a quiet area of Skaleta beach region. At 350 meters of distance, there is a supermarket and restaurants and traditional cafés located across the house. Also at walking distance, you will find beautiful sandy beaches where there are seaside taverns and cafes.

Guest access:
Guests have access to all parts of the house inside and outside, except a small storage room at the bottom floor.

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €15 per night, while from November to March, it is €4 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
