Island Time Sea view Apartment is located in Perivolia, one of Rethymno’s suburbs, just 10 minutes drive from the city center. The long and sandy beach of Rethymno is 150 meters away and is awarded with a blue flag.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a block of flats and overlooks the main road and the sea. Entering the apartment, an open plan room which includes the stylish living room and the modern kitchen will welcome you. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need to prepare meals during your holidays. In the living room the sofa can be converted in a single bed and accommodate one more person. A furnished balcony with side sea view is accessible from the living room area.
The property has two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed while the other features two single beds (one bed with a pull-out bed under it). Both bedrooms open to a small balcony with outdoor furniture.
The bathroom of the apartment comes with a bath tub. A washing machine, hair dryer and free toiletries are also available in the bathroom.
