Surrounded by stunning views of the waterfront and mountains, it combines modern luxury with the natural beauty of Crete’s rural landscape, located just 4 km from the vibrant heart of Rethymno city. Its family-friendly ambiance and elegant design offer an unforgettable stay in a peaceful, picturesque environment.



As you step into the villa, the ground floor opens to a bright, airy living space with an open-plan design. The living room, seamlessly connected to the dining area, provides ample space for relaxation and gathering. Adjacent to it is a fully-equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, perfect for preparing meals with ease. A dedicated working space (office) allows for privacy and focus, ideal for guests needing to balance leisure with work. Additionally, there is a convenient guest WC on this level.



An elegant internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC, offering privacy and luxury. At pool level, there are additional accommodations, including a studio with two single beds and a one-bedroom apartment with a double bed, both featuring a kitchenette for added convenience. The swimming pool can be heated on request, for months April, May and October.The extra charge for the heating is 100€ per day.
