Property is on the edge of seedy area. When checking in the manager of restaurant next to hotel was explaining to hotel staff why he had to lock off some areas because of theft and people relieving themselves on side of building, nice!

Big comfortable room with nice pool and a real good quality breakfast restaurant. Plenty of parking, convenient to freeway and shopping. Would stay here again, and price was a bargain compared to what we've been paying on this seven night trip.

The room is spacious, kitchen amenities are handy and perfectly serve our needs. The onsite breakfast has great selections and the foods are just simply yummy. We have stayed at this location before with pleasant experiences and we will be back again very soon.

Love the new renovation of this aged properties... lots of room. Got a room facing the parking lot... just a tad noisy in the morning if you want to sleep late. Got up early for the hot air balloon festival and came back for a nap afterwards. Staff kept knocking on the door ignoring the no disturb sign and the late check out request (approved from the manager) the night before. Otherwise, great stay, esp for the brunch experience at the premise!

I enjoyed my stay. as a business traveler I found the wifi worked very well. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy with all the expected components. I had a good experience and will use the hotel again as it is close to the places I need to visit in Reno. I appreciate that I do not have to pay for a breakfast I don't eat. The other hotels in the area charge $30 more per day and it all comes down to a breakfast buffet. everything else is the same.

The hotel was nice except for one very important item. The beds were very uncomfortable. I had a room with two beds and both were very painful to sleep on. i looked at the mattresses and they were old and kind of soiled.
