We had stayed here about 2 weeks ago and it was better. This time we could not get the heater to go on, and the breakfast eggs sausage, and gravy was cold. Also there was no milk--even 30 minutes after it was requested.

My kids and I stopped by for 1 night in between hockey games. The 3 queen bed room was perfect for us to all sleep good with a good amount of space. Everyone working there was so friendly…even the front desk lady when we checked in at 11 pm.

Great care; no locks on room

Neither of the locks worked!! Must repair. I felt unsafe. Room clean and a bit dinged up, but well maintained. Why do none of this chain provide cups for the sink? I always have to go out in my pjs to get something from the breakfast room. People were very nice and morning manager or whomever was taking care of breakfast was very, very attentive and on task. Others I've stayed at had no food even 30 minutes before closure.
