Don’t stay here

We went to check in and we could not get a hold of anybody. The phone number was wrong, and there is no one responding from the hotel. Hotels.com did their best to communicate with. They could also not get a hold of anyone. hotel.com is working on a refund for us which is appreciated. At the end of the day, it was late and we had to find another hotel to stay in was very helpful.
