LOCATION: This is an ideal location for a quiet beach visit but still close enough to all the benefits of downtown Rehoboth Beach or Dewey Beach. Three tax-free Tanger Outlets are within 2-3 miles of the condo, or you can walk to Big Fish Grill, Red White and Basil, Blue Coast, etc.
PARKING: There is plenty of parking, with overflow and six vehicle charging stations accessed through the Blink App for a fee.
AMENITIES: The property has a full washer and dryer, community tennis courts and pickleball courts accessible to guests, three community pools, all within walking distance, and plenty of parking. Public transportation (DART) has a beach bus stop only a few blocks away.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation. Looking for a partial stay or a longer stay. We can accommodate!. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package. This is a non-smoking condo, and due to HOA restrictions, pets are not allowed.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
