The room's lighting was poor. Lights by the beds were not meant to read by. NO comfortable seating in the room, only a coach which did not face the TV and a desk chair. TV did not offer any streaming services - only regular TV. We had no idea the TV offered no Movie rentals nor the ability to access cable streaming. They have had this issue for a year per front desk staff. Went to restaurant within hotel for a Prime Rib dinner as advertised. Nope no prime Rib dinner. According to staff Chef was out. Offered us a steak dinner. Steaks were too tough to eat. Offered us 2 free drinks for the inconvenience If these issues were fixed we would go back.

We took our field hockey team to rest up during games and for a two night stay. Each night was very entertaining and great bonding for the team. Even though it's early in the season, the outdoor pool was open. The girls loved getting into it as it has different depths from 3,4 and 5ft. The entertainment of the arcade set me back a few bucks but it was another area to hang out. It was a bit small so they didn't spend too much time there. The lobby is huge! plenty of seats with charging stations, and each section of the lobby is a different vibe. we can't waint to book again as other teams heard out experience and now want to join!

Came here with my wife and stepson for an off-season vacation, and it did not disappoint! Room was spacious and comfortable. Short drive to Rehoboth Beach and surrounding outlet stores. Well-maintained and staff was very kind and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the area!

A new hotel that is contemporary and offers several thoughtful amenities. Nice on-site restaurant and bar (complementary drink coupons added bonus), free WiFi and free parking. Gym, pool, and spa area all set up nicely. The outside pool area looks really nice. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the hotel was great. It was clean, the room was huge and comfortable, and the staff was nice. My only disappointment was in the restaurant - there was some issue that caused the milk to curdle at breakfast. I overheard someone talking about this, then my kids were served chocolate milk where the milk was separated! The waitress was very kind about it, and shared that the chef drank a glass to ensure it was safe. The rest of the food was OK, except my French toast was really sour tasting - I'm thinking there was a fridge issue that made more go bad than just the milk. Additionally, it took us forever to get our food and we were the only ones at the restaurant. I'd definitely stay at the hotel again, I'd just avoid the restaurant next time.
