There was a room mix-up upon arrival, but it was resolved so quickly that we completely forgot about it! Very kind staff who could remember our faces easily. For the cost of the hotel in comparison to others in the area, the room was very clean despite that. Will definitely consider this hotel again!

This hotel will not clean your room unless you beg. Not nearly enough towels, they could not resupply TP unless asked. The front desk told us they have had trouble with their housekeeping, but they could not do anything, that the Housekeeping Mgr is supposed to handle that. I explained I did not want to get involved with their internal hierarchy, we just wanted to get our room cleaned. I asked to see the Manager, but was told he was not available. I asked the front desk to have the hotel manager contact me, but we were never contacted. This hotel is way overpriced for the poor quality of the rooms, only a very small table and 2 metal mesh chairs to use in the room. Very cramped, phone did not work. We will never stay there again and will recommend others not to as well. Oh, they did have an operating ice machine.

We have been coming here for years and this was the first year there was a parking fee so that was pretty disappointing. Also, while it’s not the hotels fault, the type of people that are staying here are getting worse year after year. It was 3-4 AM with the whole balcony area drunk and screaming. Bars close at 1. It woke me up because it was so loud. It just doesn’t feel like a safe or fun place to stay anymore for me to be honest.

The parking is by $12 daily permit only and is very limited. Spaces are tight and other cars are so close that their doors will ding your vehicle. Staff were a bit too laid back and a person had to pull the courtesy out of them to get answers…assuming someone knew the answer. Follow up review pending.

Absolute great place to stay

Kirsten was amazing from the beginning of booking and straight thru the process. The front end MGR was also very helpful. The only issue we had was the noise from the room beside us, loud obnoxious and rude.
Our babies loved it as well, and they were very quiet!
