We were happy here and would definitely stay again. Friends lived a five minute drive away and this location worked well for us. The bedding was crisp and clean and the mattress comfortable. The breakfast room was nice and big and clean. The food selection was very good and generous. Breakfast is served 6:00-10:00 am. Air conditioning was VERY loud. Bring earplugs.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel while visiting family in the area, and it will be the one we go back to every time. Great rooms, amazing continental breakfast, seemed like they were a popular place for group or organizational gatherings without being too loud or busy.

Good relaxing and enjoyable hotel

Excellent hotel to stay for a week and enjoy the best staff all around, room service, food court, front desk, maintenance all get a 10 out of 10. The breakfast buffet was superb, far beyond expectations.. another 10 out of 10. and loved the all day fresh coffee.

Fantastic Hotel

My husband and I were there to visit family. We had always stayed at the Holiday Inn on Albert South while visiting family but could not get a specific room (king suite) for the time we were there. We tried Royal Hotel - no king suites were available either but we grabbed a room with 2 queen beds. From now on this is our favorite hotel! It is very quite, all the staff were pleasant and very accommodating and the breakfast was fantastic. Can't say enough about it - I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Decent room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast options. Free ground level parking which is always a good thing. The key cards were annoying. I booked three nights, and had issues with the cards every day. The second day I headed out for a walk, cand vavk the cards weren't working at all. After they reactivated, they were still really spotty and didnt work well. Both cards, same issue. The housekeeping staff were very friendly but the front desk staff could be nicer. They weren't "rude", but weren't particularly friendly or welcoming. Decent stay, though.

Not a bad hotel but some details in the rooms like our drapery were old and falling down. Beds are comfortable and clean; however we left the sign for the cleaning lady around 7:15 am and we came back around 4 and the room was not clean yet. Also The door in bathroom was loud and screeching when opening or closing but over all it was ok
