Staff and service friendly and efficient. It was disappointing that, between November and March, the breakfast service has gone way downhill. No more china cups or plates, no more reusable cutlery. Food was cold. Kitchen staff is unfriendly. My room on the third floor was noisy. Television channels are limited to sports and news with one PBS. Bath and bed are clean and comfortable. Lots of good food by delivery nearby.

I was not impressed that our beds were not made after the first night and our wet towels were not replaced even though we left them on the bathroom flooe as requested. We left the hotel before noon and came back after ten, so thought there would be sufficient time to do these things. The breakfast was good. The hot tub was nice.

The breakfast was minimal. The only warm option was premade breakfast sandwiches, made in their kitchen then brought out in bulk. I took one from the fresh batch brought out, and it was lukewarm at best. Jets in 1 of the 2 hot tubs weren’t operational. The bathroom was very tiny and showed discoloration and cracking in the caulking. Average hotel stay overall.

The stay was good! Staff was really nice . Coffee in the rooms suck it taste like cardboard, i would suggest going downstairs in the morning to get your java. The breakfast was super basic but breakfast is breakfast! Pool area was decemt the slide was great for the kids and 2 hot tubs !!

The hotel is looking run down and in need of a renovation. The couch in the entrance has seen better days and just all around looks uninviting. The area to get snacks etc was pretty much empty - the empty shelves didn't reflect well. We were also told we would be able to have our room at 3pm so we carried all our things in then only for them to tell us no 4pm. So we had to carry everything back out and kill some more time. Early this morning there was drilling etc making a terribly loud noise and rumbling our heads at 7:45am. The room temperature was also hard to regulate- either way too hot or cold. The breakfast area was not looking great and the selection was very limited and poor. The muffins were rock hard in the display. Not likely to stay again.
