The positives were that the property has a pretty good breakfast every day that comes with your stay and if you have kids the the pool and waterslide are a lot of fun. The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked them. Also, there are a lot of restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel and the price of the room was reasonable. There were a couple of issues with the room that made it just look run down and old. The leather on the office chair was almost worn right through. The shower head made a screeching noise when you tried to change the settings and the couch and chair looked like they were from the 80's. The bed was also not that comfortable. I will say they are going through renovations right now to update their rooms so in the future this might be better.

I will preface this with saying there was a soccer tournament going on and the hotel was full of teams playing in this, so under different circumstances we may have enjoyed our stay more. 1. When i checked in they charged me the full price even though i had given a 100.00 deposit with expedia. They told me they never got it and i have to call expedia to get a refund. This is super frustrating as now i have to wait for that money back. 2. The hotel staff did nothing about the kids running around the hallways all hours of the day and night playing hide and seek and the likes. Sleeping was difficult with all the noise. 3. The pool was overcrowded most the time due to the soccer tournament which is frustrating but that wasnt my issue. All the pool rules were broken making it unsafe for my young child - roughhousing, multiple kids going down slide at a time immediately after my young child went down- he got landed on a few times so we left the pool. People had drinks and food at the pool all the time. They had to shut down the kiddie pool and a hot tub so there was never enough pool space. Towels werent replenished - 10 am no towels and pool opened at 9 am 3. The pool area is made of rough pieces on the feet which come off and the hot tubs and pool were full of little black chunks all the time. The hot tub jets didnt work 4. The beds are super uncomfortable 5. The parking lot was full of garbage While there was a lot wrong, the staff were generally friendly and kind.

Not clean and loads of kids at front entrance. Had to wait in line for over half hour to check in. Charged me twice for one room and when I brought it to their attention. They gave me a credit. Rooms were dated and weren’t that clean. No bags in the ice bucket.
