The room was large and clean, had no difficulties with any of the utilities. And it was very quiet. The breakfast area was small and didn't offer much space to have a quiet, private morning coffee and snack.

The room is nicely renovated and the bed is comfortable. The ice machine can be heard clearly through the night, and I’m at the very end of the hall. The parking lot is in rough shape. The door to my room had a broken (partly missing) security lock so I could not use it. After being in the room for only about an hour, the door was opened by the front desk person without any explanation or apology as they couldn’t actually see me from where I was sitting. I had to contact them to ask why they entered and they said they accessed the wrong room. This is when I noticed the missing security latch. It gave me a sense of unease and completely interfered with my sleep. I should have requested a different room at that time.

We did not find the property to be very clean, the toilet was backed up and staff gave us a plunger to deal with it ourselves. We couldn't cool the room down and the location seemed sketchy.

The room was large and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Had a nice sleep. The waffle maker was not operational at breakfast with no sign. The front automatic door was not operational when I checked in which made it difficult to get through the door with the luggage trolley. It was fixed in the morning.

Very nice hotel but TV remote in Living Room did not work well. Could not turn on shower so had to take a bath and after a twety minute struggle, funally made it out of the tub. I am 82 years old. Request a refund for my room. Dennis DeFrain
