Everything was great, friendly service and nice clean room. Very quiet location, main floor patio access from our room. I did suggest that they get a pillow top for their pull-out bed, it makes a great difference for the comfort. I also suggested that they get a patio door mat, it would stop people from tracking dirt inside from shoes.

hotel automatically cancelled my reservation a minute after booking on the basis that i paid on expedia app via debit card even though the card number field prompted me saying “enter debit/credit card number”. the reason they did not accept debit was because they are not able to take the $100 damage deposit from debit transactions. hotel did not contact me to verify if I could pay damage deposit via credit card upon arrival. the booking payment was still taken from my bank account, after talking to customer service for an hour it was refunded by expedia but will take 7-15 business days to reach my account. terrible experience.

Decent for a Short Stay We stayed one night and it was fine for a quick stop. Check-in was easy, and the room was decently clean. It had a fridge with a little freezer, which was convenient. The pillows were quite small and not very comfortable. Breakfast was average. A big plus was the location—right next to China Liang's Buffet, which was excellent. Probably wouldn’t stay for a longer trip, but it worked well for a night.

They do not read the message through Expedia. I replied (not initiated) to the question if we do have a pet staying with us. They acknowledged (proudly!) that they do not read e message through Expedia. Almost we had to cancel Expedia reservation and find somewhere else, as pet could not stay, because they didn’t read my “I have a pet” message prior to check-in.
