I would like to complain that the hotel did not honour the price quoted on Expedia. Once I had made the reservation on Expedia and paid for the room, I got a text message to call the hotel immediately because I needed a pet room. Once I called them, I was informed that I had to pay an extra 10 dollars to upgrade the room because the only pet rooms were on a lower floor. Because I had already paid for the room on Expedia, I had no choice but to agree but I feel very taken advantage of and will think twice about booking a room this way again. Just to clarify, this "upgrade" is on top of the $20 pet fee (which I am totally fine with paying).

The room was modern and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Checkin and checkout was easy and straightforward. I thought the included breakfast was great because of the hot food. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, otherwise, all good.
