decepção - propraganda encanosa

desistimos da estadia quando vimos o local do hotel, rua muito movimentada sem calcada com dificuldade de acesso com as malas. como um hotel assim consegue ter esta nota?? preferimos perder o valor pago e nos digirimos a outro hotel
