The detached house Mavì of 130 sqm is part of the farmhouse Antico Borgo La Torre, located 27 km south-east of Florence, in a sunny and quiet position, immersed in the green Tuscan countryside.The farm has 32 hectares of land comprising of vineyards, olive groves and a large natural garden with a small private lake and a 20-meter pool which all guests can enjoy.

From the kitchen you can access a private patio with outdoor table and chairs were guests can relax and enjoy meals in the calm of the countryside. Guests can enjoy a 20 metre long swimming pool overlooking the lake and relax in the calm of the countryside. The swimming pool is open in the summer months. Please note that the wearing of a swimming cap is compulsory. In the farmhouse private car park, there is an electric car charging point.

The detached one-family holiday house is ideal for a holiday with a group of friends or as a family. The holiday house is spread over two floors and consists of a living and dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living and dining room is the centrepiece of the house, with its cosy interior and spacious layout. It is divided into a living area and a dining area: in the living room there is an inviting group of sofas by the fireplace for cosy evenings. You can enjoy leisurely meals together at the dining table for six people in the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas stove, oven and dishwasher. From the kitchen you can access a private patio with garden table and chairs. The two bedrooms are furnished one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In the two bathrooms there is a shower and a bidet. The second bedroom and the second bathroom are located on the upper floor, while all the other rooms are on the ground floor. The farmhouse lies in the centre of the triangle Firenze-Siena-Arezzo. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, and also the ideal base from which to enjoy the cultural heritage of Tuscany.The nearest railway station (3 km away) is Figline-Valdarno, from which you can reach the centre of Florence or Arezzo in 20 minutes.
