This apartment is a very good choice for a longer stay in Regensburg. It is spacious with a small living room a kitchen. It is clean and well equipped. The location is close to main sites and the train station. Easy check-in but all the communications were in German. I asked a question about a couple of things that were damaged (e.g. the ironing board) and received no answer (I asked in English).

Super FeWo mit leider sehr mangelhafter Küche

Die FeWo hatte einen sehr schönen Wohn- und Schlafbereich sowie ein ausgezeichnetes Bad in bestem Zustand. Sehr mangelhaft war erstaunlicherweise die Küche: Es gab nur 2 Töpfe, sonst keinerlei Kochgeschirr! Das Eisfach im Kühlschrank war völlig vereist und dessen Verschlussklappe hing daneben. An einem Unterschrank hing die Tür nur noch an einem Scharnier. Der Vorratsschrank und der Kühlschrank waren nicht gereinigt (Krümel und Staub). Der Spülschwamm und das einzige Geschirrtuch waren verdreckt. In der Kaffeekapselmaschine (eine Kaffeemaschine mit Filter gab es leider nicht) befand sich noch Restwasser, das trübe war und unangenehm roch. Es war somit eindeutig, dass die Küche vor dem Neubezug nicht gereinigt wurde. Sehr schade bei der ansonsten guten FeWo! Die vorgenannten Mängel haben das eigentlich positive Bild doch getrübt.

Absolut ruhiges Appartement in super Lage

Dank der Innenhof-Lage ist es in der Wohnung absolut ruhig. Richtig gutes Altstadt-Feeling. Super Lage. Top Kommunikation auch mit dem Vermieter!
