The room that was provided to us was still under maintenance..when we said to them, they were like oh then go to this room. No empathy. We had booked for 2 days but after the first day they locked us out. The hotel says they would change the sheet and towels daily, but that never happened. The elevator certificate was outdated.

The pet room floor completely stained with tears in the carpet. Specific rooms for cats or dogs should have linoleum flooring. Just in general the whole place is not well taken care of. Changed my second booking to a different hotel.

This hotel has gone downhill big time. Our room was ok, but outdated and smelled stale, shower didnt drain so that was disgusting. Did bring it up to the front desk and they said they would pour some draino in it but doesnt seem like they ever did. My husband used a wash cloth and pull the drain up and it was full of disgusting hair and grime who knows when they cleaned that last, but the shower did finally drain. We stayed for 3 nights and not once had our room cleaned, we had to go hunt down a housekeeper to get fresh towels. It is just rundown and old. Wont be staying there again.

The rooms we got were not clean upon my arrival, full of trash, dirty laundry and beds. There was a noticeable amount of dust and a persistent moldy smell that was quite unpleasant. The lighting in my room was inconsistent, with some lights not functioning properly, which made it difficult to navigate the space comfortably. Additionally, my key card has been blocked daily, which is both inconvenient and frustrating.

i booked this hotel based on most people saying it was family friendly and clean. our room had stains all over the carpet and on the bed skirt. the bathroom light switch didn’t work so there was a lamp plugged in on the counter. not what we were expecting at all.

Dirty and foul

We arrived late and were tured so we just got in the room and crashed. When we woke up in the morning we noticed the floors were very dirty, the bathroom door was about to fall off the hinges and when we took a shower the curtain rod was bent down to where the curtain only stayed open about a third of the way. The toilet would run then stop run the stop all night. We asked and received a new room and were told the issues we had with the room would be put on a maintenance request. The new rooms floor was just as disgusting as the first room. When I woke up the next morning i noticed the comforter had blood stains on it. I requested a full maid service and she stated they were too busy. After explaining it needed to be done she stated that she would try but the maids only spoke Spanish abd she didn't. When we returned from our day only one bed had new linens and there were no new towels.

Dirty carpet, bathtub stained and poorly drained, smelled of old smoke, neighbor room playing loud music through thin walls, breakfast included waffles without syrup and weak coffee. On the upside the pool was nice and the staff helpful.

Staff was nice, and the lobby has been updated, but the rest of the hotel is very run down. My room was generally not clean or well maintained (hair on the bathroom floor, stains on the carpet, peeling paint and mildew on the ceiling above the shower, lots of signs of half-completed repairs.) But the worst was the strange odor I couldn’t identify until I woke up in the middle of the night and stepped in something wet on the carpet which turned out to be vomit that had not been fully cleaned up. I didn’t touch the breakfast because the sanitation in the rest of the hotel didn’t inspire confidence, to say the least. Definitely in the top three worst hotel rooms of my adult life. I couldn’t wait to get out of there in the morning and absolutely would never stay here again.

Minor items need fixed

Door latch broken - so only dead bolt by doorknob worked. Window latch broken - so window would be open two inches before being stopped by metal stopper on runner. Did not feel as secure as in past years
