Checking in (with Izzy) was great. I went back to the front desk after checking in to ask Izzy some questions. There were several other people in front of me. Izzy took appropriate time with each person, saying several times to those of waiting, "Thanks for your patience. I'll be with you as soon as I can." I much appreciated his saying that. He was very professional and personable. Three negatives: 1) The 1st floor ice machine didn't work. There was no note of apology for the inconvenience. There was no note saying the only working ice machine was on the 3rd floor. We had to go to the front desk to ask. 2) The TV had only 6 channels. There was no local or world news channels or any channels usually offered by other hotels. 3) We always ask for a receipt to be printed when we check out. La Quinta gave us essentially a blank piece of paper. No charges were shown. On this trip we stayed at two other hotels. We got receipts showing all charges. All the hotels we've stayed in on past trips have all given us receipts showing all charges. Not here. We don't recommend this particular La Quinta location. In our future travels, in fact, we will not stay at any La Quinta in other locations.

Dirty bedding

It’s a very conscientious location but our sheets and bedding had hair on them. I went and asked house keeping for them and waited and she didn’t come so I went back for them and took our olds ones back. My husband had hair all over his pants when he got up. I think it was dog hair. It was gross and the floors were dirty.

Adequate facility with dated interior furnishings. Limiter electrical outlet by bed for CPAP use. Chipped/worn trim around doors. Their pet area did not have "poop bags" available and the were droppings still on the ground possibly because of no bags being avaliable. We carry our pups bags on leash but there are pet parents who may rely on ones supplied. Staff were accommodating and courteous and lobby area was fine

Looks beautiful with the lights as you drive up to lobby. Lobby is a little bit scuffed up but looks decent and then it falls apart as you drive towards where your room is. There’s a very small elevator to get to your room through dingy scuffed up hallways with broken squeaking ice makers in the hallway. The room is very outdated with stained carpets dirty bathtub and barely any soap. To use it your either scalded or frozen. We went to use the iron in the morning only to find out after we pulled the ironing board out that the iron was missing. At $159 dollars a night you would expect a bit more than rude signs everywhere saying that due to staff cleaning shortage don’t expect your room to be cleaned for longer stays than overnight. 😳😬 I guess that’s why after taking the scalding than freezing shower you get to dry off with stained towels. The only redeeming quality of the room was the beds were surprisingly comfortable if not full of fluff and looked like they are never properly vacuumed or cleaned.

Great Value, great place to stay.

everyone was helpful and friendly. The room was roomy and the king size bed was comfortable. very close to where we had an appointment, food and coffee. We also got to meet OG Warren (The mallard duck in the pool). Great time, fun stay.

The elevator was very sketchy and scared us to depth. The hot tub was drained and all taped off. The bathroom. Floor was not very clean and there were spots of something on the back of the bathroom door. Also no fan in the bathroom. Beds and pillows were okay. Breakfast was okay. Could not get The exit door open,So I had to walk clear to the front and then outside and back to my car.

The breakfast was traditional hotel but they did serve bacon that was a nice change. I loved that they had apples washed and individually wrapped, seemed like a cleaner way to serve them. There were stained in the hallway and a huge stain in our room. I’m thinking they were caused by pets. There were a lot of dogs staying this time. There should be rooms offered that never had dogs in them feels more sanitary.

Getting Old

Site is showing its age. Peeling paint and grout. Bathroom, we did not use the shower as it did not look ok. Maybe ok. Worn looking. Basic breakfast. Good price for one night, sleep and go.

Thankfully we slept well The hot tub was completely empty looked like sewer had backed up. They had danger tape around the hot tub not really a safe barricade. Said it was a smoke free facility but there were cigarette butts all around the inside court yard. In our room The hair dryer was not working The shower curtain was held on with zip ties The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on as the wall anchors were letting go. The fitness room was absolutely disgusting dirty and all equipment was run down and not usable. The lobby did not have a public washroom. I asked about this and they said we could not use it because it was not cleaned so if you are having breakfast and you need to use the bathroom you better plan ahead. While having breakfast we had to wait for the hotel employee to cook their waffles before we could use the machine. Saw the same employee smoking outside the side door of the hotel (supposed to be a smoke free facility). Out side there were old travel trailers and old abandoned cars. People had dumped cat litter right outside the main door. I reported this to the front desk yet no one hurried out to clean it up. It was a very poor experience and very poorly managed property. The buildings and grounds have so much potential but not being realized.

In the hall leading to our room there was, an empty beer box, trash, and cigarette butts laying on the ground for 2 days before it was cleaned up. The hotel(maybe just or floor) stunk like old food, cigarettes, and weed. We asked for wash cloths and were told they were out..... but they did bring us towels. The pool area was clean and usable but there were no towels. They told us they would bring them out in 15-20 minutes but never did.
