Well where the air conditioner was under the window. Was leaking water on the carpet and made it soaking wet. And the shampoo bottle didn’t work. Breakfast could be a little bit more.

Absolutely it was lovely. Unfortunately the people next to me were very loud. The continuous slammed their door and they were talking loudly. At one point they knocked on a door that was locked between the two rooms, throwing my dogs into loudly barking. Not very restful. I did not complain or call the desk. The desk attendant was very nice and friendly. I just made do and kept my dogs quiet

The customer service was not good by any means. Front desk staff was rude and not real helpful. The room was nice and clean, but the breakfast bar was disgustingly filthy and many items were out and not replaced in a timely manner. I will not go back nor do I recommend this place for any traveler. Stay clear and find another hotel to stay in.

This was our 5th stay over the last 2 years here and our last visit exceeded our last great experiences. Tatiana who checked us in was an absolute gem! I travel for work and stay in various hotels throughout the country and have many customer service interactions and none have prompted me to write a review. Tatiana will bring us back here again! I have no doubt she will rise quickly through your company- thank you for making our tired and weary family feel welcomed with her warm and friendly hospitality!
