Property is located on a corner with limited opportunity to be a disruption to neighbors. Visit Turtle Bay Exploration Park, Sundial Bridge, Whiskeytown Lake, Waterworks Park, Sacramento River Trail, McConnell Arboretum & Botanical Gardens.
