Staff was fine, but the room they held for us was on second floor. Despite being presented on Expedia as a hotel...they were a remodeled motel with no elevator. They apologized and agreed to cancel and refund. We went elsewhere. .

The staff was so welcoming and helpful! The room was clean and the shower pressure was so strong. Our dogs and cat were made to feel at home here. The parking lot was secure overnight. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the last hotel we stayed at on a long trip through California. What an absolute treasure. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Modern updates throughout. The property is adorable. But the absolute best part was the incredible, bright, friendly staff! We were greeted by two lovely employees when we arrived who got us all situated with extra towels. When we dropped the key cards, a different employee greeted us and made sure we saw the complimentary breakfast pieces available to us, and wished us a safe trip. These adorable accommodations are so rare nowadays, and we just loved this place.
