Staff was on the phone and barely looked at me, didn’t talk to me the whole check in, didn’t tell me about wifi, breakfast, etc, just handed me my card and said the room number.
Room was falling apart: faucet handle spun all the way around, I had to stand on a chair to hook the end of the curtain up, dents in the bathroom wall, gross stains on carpet. I don’t mind any of those things if it’s what I was expecting… but scores on Expedia gave it an 8+, it was a 4-5. If I wanted a 5, I would have paid half the price and gone to a motel.
