Pulled in and immediately got low-budget horror movie vibes. Broken AC unit, torn mattress on damp carpet, dangling drapes, heavy mold and smoke smells, and a parking lot that felt genuinely unsafe, like keys between your knuckles. 0 out of 10, would not recommend. The overall vibe was more crime-scene than vacation. Checked in, locked my kids in the car, checked out, got a refund.

The most worse experience ever at a motel. The RedBluff Inn was unprofessional in many ways about our experience with them. OJT and/or training does not look like that. For example, we brought to the attention of the available staff there on December 12, 2025. That the hot water was not working. After waiting for the staff to come answer the door for awhile. Staff told us that he couldn’t do anything but call maintenance to fix it. We told him that we bought sanitary services (ie, working toilet/shower) with our stay at RedBluff Inn. He instructed us to leave a note and the key at the office window. We suggested that we take a shower in another room there. We did and I ended up getting a cold because it was so cold outside. Nobody deserves this because RedBluff Staff doesn’t know where people travel from. We came from another state. This post was necessary.

Very nice newly renovated room!! Wow! Comfy bed and nice modern furnishings. However, the shower got lukewarm after 2 minutes and stayed that way, and I saw 2 tiny roaches in the morning. Also, I never found the TV remote. Didn’t get one…

This is a cheap motel. However, the value of the room was worth the cheap cost. No complaints. Bathroom was super clean with new shower. There were 8 paint drops on the tile floor that no one has bothered to remove. Served our needs well.

There wasn't anyone there for check out both times I came to the property. And he was kindof rude. The pool is right on the very loud and busy street, and there were people hanging out on the balconies watching everyone. I didn't feel safe and went home instead of staying. Not a good place for a woman on her own to go. I'm inclined not to use Expedia again after this.
