Hotel básico e ruim. Experiência frustante.

Hotel sem conforto, quarto pequeno e mal acabados. Quarto escuro, pouca iluminação. Banheiro nem ducha higiênica tem. Tudo muito precário. Café da manhã muito básico. Além do mais possui uma igreja vizinho ao hotel e que toca uma banda de música gospel muito alta. Não se consegue ficar no quarto. Experiência horrível!!! Hospedagem insatisfatória.. NÃO VALE A PENA.

Sem água

O quarto era novo e bonito, mas o colchão da cama estava deformado, acordei com dor nas costas . De amanhã a água foi cortada do banheiro, avisamos a recepção, que avisou a manutenção. A manutenção não apareceu, e nenhuma satisfação foi dada, e ficamos sem banho e não pudemos usar o vaso. Voltamos na recepção e nos disseram: “achamos que vcs tinham sido avisados que a água acabou”. Ninguém se importou em nos avisar. O serviço da recepção, foi decepcionante, em nenhum momento houve um pedido de desculpas pelo descaso, e espero nunca mais voltar a usar este hotel.

Bom custo x benefício

Fui a trabalho e a localização era boa para quem precisa se deslocar para grande recife. Fiquei 5 dias e faltou energia em 3 dias. 2 dias algum problema no hotel e 1 a empresa de energia estava trocando um poste. Praia em frente tá fazendo obra no calçadão. A trabalho valeu a pena o custo x benefício, já a passeio talvez não seja uma boa opção. Pelo preço cumpre o que se paga. As pessoas são gentis. Eu voltaria pelo custo x benefício. Teve um contratempo, mas foi resolvido. Reservei 2 quartos e no penúltimo dia ligaram para 1 mandando sair porque a reserva estava finalizada. Não sei o que aconteceu, a reserva estava até o outro dia, eu estava externo e as pessoas me mandando msg, só fiz mandar o comprovante da reserva e quando cheguei no hotel tava resolvido. Mas a pessoa que estava no quarto tomou um susto e causou um transtorno por algum erro interno deles, porém foi resolvido

Hotel novo , bem localizado , bom cafe da manhã, funcionarios atenciosos. Apesar de ser novo o hotel o colchão afundava acordei com dor nas costas. 2 lampasad do quarto estavam queimadas e nao foi possível trocar a noite. Bom custo beneficio para passar apenas 1 noite....naonficaria mais do que 1 noite

O hotel fica um pouco longe das coisas, não dá para ir andando, mas de UBER é rapidinho. O hotel é extremamente limpo, a piscina eu não fui, mas é pequena. O café da manhã é bom. Eu destacaria o atendimento dos funcionários que são muito atenciosos.

Hotel aparentemente novo, mas sem boa manutenção. Chuveiro quente falhou em dois dias seguidos durante a estadia incluindo uma uma demora de mais de 2h pra conserto, sem previsão de resolução pela recepção. Café da manhã básico, sem variedades de sucos naturais e de alimentos. Banheiro sem ducha higiênica e com papel de péssima qualidade e sem reposição. Chuveiro fraco, que não consegue misturar quente com frio, ou é muito quente ou é gelada demais. Precisa de uma grande reformulação na entrega de serviços e comodidades ao hóspede para estadias longas. Hotel bom para uma noite apenas.
