A equipe de recepção é maravilhosa. São cordiais, atenciosos e gentis. O quarto está bem limpo e organizado. Mas o banheiro tinha um mal jeito (acredito ser problema da gestão hidráulica de resíduos nas capitais). Minha única sugestão é melhorar o serviço de comunicação. Pois uma colega perdeu a reserva por falha na comunicação via e-mail. Recomendo a todos.

Cama ruim, pois já está com muito tempo de uso! Colchão desgastando afundando e com uma divisória ao meio portanto doendo as costas, foram duas noites dormindo ruim com meu marido. Café da manhã excelente. Toalhas deveria melhorar a qualidade. Quarto de frente ao mar é barulhento devido o trânsito que forma em frente ao hotel.
