Cama bem boa, localização incrível, e apesar de sempre limpo, tive a impressão de que havia sempre funcionárias limpando os quartos no corredor e fazendo muito barulho. A área de passar também é um quartinho isolado e sujo e a piscina estava em manutenção o tempo todo.

Shower drain didn’t work, flooded room. Changed rooms. Only 2 power outlets in room. Paper thin walls. We could hear people talking. Our son wasn’t allowed in our room to help us with our luggage. Breakfast was very disappointing. Constantly out of food and coffee machine broken. Stay elsewhere!

It’s what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Professional staff and well maintained property. I’m actually thinking about renting an apartment on the higher floors when I get back to Brazil.
