A magical place and experience. Stayed with my family in the Tower Suite which was amazing and quite large. My kids loved the room and the layout. If you are a family the 1.5 bathrooms makes all the difference.

Great property for our group of 8, including 4 children (ages 6-10). Primary bedroom on ground floor, 3 others upstairs. Good layout, conveniently located and much within walking distance (shopping, gelato, quality restaurants, etc.) Also very private with good amount of outdoor space. I had read reviews but they don’t do justice to this fabulous hotel. We stayed in an apartment. It was incredible. Of all of our time in Italy traveling this was the best. The staff was friendly and lovely to work with. We ate dinner in their restaurant. Normally I stay away from hotel restaurants but I had the Sicilian style grouper. It was the best dinner I had in the 3 weeks I have been traveling. The waiters and staff were wonderful. The views from the restaurant are beautiful, overlooking the water. They have a lovely pool and small workout room if you want to use it. I highly recommend this hotel.

On our trip to Sicily this was our favorite hotel. In fact, it kind of spoiled us for the hotels that followed afterwards! The building was beautiful both inside and out, with charming touches at every turn. Our hotel room had the MOST BEAUTIFUL ocean view, and the top floor dining room, where a fabulous breakfast was served, had endless ocean views and sea breezes. We ate dinner one night at their restaurant and it was perfection. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Villa Carlotta is a treasure. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. The ruins are a 10 minute walk. The views are beautiful, especially from their nice restaurant. We booked one of their luxury apartments nearby, and it was spacious with two bedrooms and bathrooms, with a wonderful view, and near a lovely public garden. Beds were very comfortable and there was a living room, kitchen, and washing machine. Water pressure was good. AC in all rooms. There is a shuttle to a beach club associated with hotel. The staff were completely attentive and friendly to us. We felt valued and cared for. Stay here!
