Sub-par Room

The room smelled like smoke. We only had a sheet no blanket. There was no blow dryer in the room. We had a half of pillow to sleep on, it looked the the little pillows on your couch. Overall it was a very uncomfortable stay.

Dirty shower, stained bed spreads that were also damp, never got housekeeping for a 3 day stay. Myself and two kids, but only given 2 towels.

Dirty room. Broken ac. Broken curtain. Dirty shower. No water pressure. Ac made noise. Fire alarm at 130-3am. Bad small pillows. Half of standard size.no shampoo or conditioner. Just bad. Was no point in discussing it with service reps. They were terrible too. I have pics n videos. Phone did not work or alarm clock. Smell of marijuana

I ended up not staying there because the first room they tried to put me in smelled like straight cigs. The next room literally had stained sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for a manager to get a refund and the young lady said there is no manager until the morning. I asked what happens if you need a manager. Her response was “you just don’t get one”. Terrible place. Avoid at all cost. I’m still trying to get ahold of the manager.

I would like to know why I was not informed that there was a security hazard in place. When we arrived the doors were look in pure daylight the clerk advised us there were security measures in place because of threats received . They would not cancel our reservations and the shower had not been cleaned!! The sheeet had brown stains on them the chair was filthy.

We decided to stay at this hotel because it wasn’t far from the event that we were attending for the weekend, and we really just needed a place to sleep as we were gone early and came back late, the first night we checked in really late so when we got to the room we noticed a big red stain on the sheets like if there had been juice spilt on it and there was barely to no water pressure, in the morning we made sure to let the front desk know so that the sheets could be changed and they said ok they would we got back even later that night and to our surprise no one had came to the room at all we go to the front desk to see why they hadn’t changed the sheets and they said they didn’t know why and that the “laundry” was closed so another sleepless night. The last night night there same thing noting was done no one had even came to get the water pressure or change the sheets so we had them move us to a different room. Terrible customer service took us to complain 2 nights in a row to have to get our room changed.

Its been over 12 hours and the sink has yet to drain, bed sheets were stained upon arrival, room has the masked odor of cigarette smoke, one chair is stained one chair feels like it’s going to break in half when you sit on it, one nightstand was completely broken off of the bedframe and missing, smoke alarm started chirping in the middle of the night, bath towels were stained to the point of where they should have just been thrown away.

Trash in dining area and on the elevator. The elevator floor looked as if it hadn't been washed in years. The chair in the room looked like it was picked ip off the curb. If you go with white decor, you may want to steam it.
