Just needed to stop in for a quick stay on a long trip home. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, shower was hot and the pool was great to cool off in. Breakfast options were also good. Would definitely stay here again, if I’m ever in the area.

Our room was not very clean and the staff did nothing about it until our last night. I had to ask more than 4 times to change the mattress in the sofa bed as it was full of small back dots that would move around when touched. I ask one of the employees if they would sleep on it and he responded NO and said he would call someone. Most of the employees use not speaking english an excuse to not address guests.

The hotel smelled so bad. The carpeting was disgusting, smelled so bad, and was not kept up. Our room smelled so bad we tried to stay out of it as much as possible. There was no hairdryer in the room. The front sliding doors were so loud they needed WD40. We could not even sit in the lobby because it was so loud.

poor communications

I made a mistake while making online reservations (chose wrong small town location while on the road late in evening). I tried a few ways to cancel the reservation once I realized it was in the wrong town and could not make any progress canceling the reservation, even though it was less than an hour after I made it in the first place. Unfortunately, I can't say a thing about the food or the beds.
