Last minute Xmas getaway

I booked late for Christmas but was disappointed with the room - was not much bigger than the bed and smelt of damp as was an old hut. I asked to upgrade at my cost and was shown a suite with balcony for 4000 bhat extra per night but only available for 4 of my 5 nights and another modern room for 1000 bhat extra per night - I took the second option as could stay five nights but had no chairs in the room and no balcony - was ground floor and windows opened onto the main footpath so couldn’t open the blinds. Generally a complete mess of bungalows, modern rooms, old Bangalows etc breakfast mediocre and they played loud music from 11am to when the bar closed so we couldn’t eat here - the great thing is the location, right on a beautiful beach in a quiet location which is why I was so disappointed about the loud pop music - sound of the waves much better - staff very nice indeed and would have spent more time on beach bar and restaurant as the lunch I had on the first day lovely but the music was a killer for me - given the demographic is families and couples not sure what they are thinking

Feil plassering på kart

Hotellet var feil plassert på kartet i forhold til den virkelige plasseringen. Dette gjorde at vi havnet langt i fra hvor vi egentlig hadde tenkt å bo. Hotellet hadde lite/ingen spisesteder på kveldstid, så vi måtte ta taxi.

Schöne ruhig gelegene Anlage in der Ao Chor Bucht. Die Anlage liegt direkt am Strand. Der Strand von Ao Chor ist sehr ruhig, keine laute Musik und keine Partys. Die Anlage hat einen Strandbar und Restaurant mit angenehme Musik nachmittags und kleines Abendprogramm bis ca. 20:30 - 21:00 Uhr Danach ist es sehr ruhig. Die Bar schließt um 22:00 Uhr. In direkter Nachbarschaft auf dem Strand gibt es zwei kleine Garküchen und Massage. Die Nachbarbuchten sind fußläufig in wenigen Schritten fußläufig erreichbar, wobei die Bucht von Ao Nuan durch ein kurzes Wanldstück erreichbar ist. Der Waldweg hier ist etwas steiler... feste Schue besser statt Flip-flops. Man kann das Zentrum mit Bars, Supermärkte und Restaurants in etwa 25-30min Fußweg erreichen oder ein Taxi vom Hotel bestellen (Fahrpreis Dez.23 zum Na Dan Pier 250 THB, zum Zentrum mit 7-Eleven 200 THB pro Fahrt). Zwei kleinere Supermärkte gibt es in der Nachbarbucht Wong Duaen Bay, wo auch einige Restaurants und Bars sind. Die Anlage ist ruhig und eine gute Möglichkeit etwas zu entspannen. Die Wände der Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Man hört ab und an die Nachbaren, aber nicht dramatisch.
