The property is on a beautiful site. However, the site needs repair and updating. For example, the outdoor plastic lounge chairs are broken and brittle. Beach was nice for only a short time per day. Pool was nice. Problems with weathered infrastructure mostly wood rot. Room was fair. Walk to downtown/port was hot and dirty strewn with lots of litter. Beautiful views of the water.

I love the view from the room that I stay at. It was the perfect view to wake up from. I would totally recommend this place to anyone that is planning to visit Samed island.

I booked a two bedroom suite, the living too small, and all the suite locate on the side. I highly recommend book basic room, because it is better view. Breakfast is good.

Hotel is far from everything but convenient if you want to get to airport. Night receptionist was extremely rude as she was very annoyed that we check in while she was eating!!! Even out thài taxi driver said she's rude person. Bath is broken round the edges so water was going on bathroom floor than falling into bath. Hotel is only ok for one night to get to airport if you have night or early hours flight.

Scam

They did not have the room I reserved available the first of my four nights and made me walk to another hotel in the rain. It cost me three times what I paid them and they would not cover my expense claiming they were charging a higher price and Expedia was wrong. Avoid like the plague.

Go Elsewhere

Once I imagine this was a lovely resort, unfortunately the grounds are dirty and it looks as if an update was attempted but never completed. It also is about a 25 minute walk in to town for restaurants etc. The beach is not inviting - more a harbour. We did however hire a scooter and found many beautiful beaches. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
